Not far from Talbingo on the Snowy Mountains Highway headed towards Kiandra and Cooma is Black Perry Lookout. As far as views go, there aren’t many better ones in all the high country – and the best thing is that the vista is about a dozen steps from the carpark. Zero effort involved – well worth making the turn off the highway.
