May 2016: Chesleigh, Sofala

In mid-May, a group of us went out to the Central West of NSW, to a farm-stay near the tiny town of Sofala on the banks of the Turon River. I’ve been to Chesleigh three times now, and it’s always fantastic. Can’t recommend it enough! Mike and Jan Cody and their family are wonderful hosts, and there’s so much to explore. Oh, and the food is beyond amazing!

At times, our trek up the mountain was a little tough.
