Easter 2018: Thursday

Nothing better than a half-day off work (except for a full day, of course!) to head south for the extra-long Easter Long Weekend. We headed south for about 2.5 hours from Sydney to Queanbeyan on the edge of the Australian Capital Territory.

Drove up the hill to the War Memorial lookout in Goulburn – great views!

Very nice Italian dinner at Villa Olivo in Queanbeyan.

Stayed overnight at the Crestview Tourist Park in Queanbeyan.

If you’ve got the time, the Gouburn-Queanbeyan road (via Lake Bathurst, Tarago and Bungendore) is great.
