There’s no concert like a KISS concert. Right from the outset, when the above phrase reverberates around an already-shaking arena, you know you’re at something quite extraordinary. The band arrive on stage amidst flame, smoke, fireworks — oh, and there’s some guitar, drums and bass as well.
In March 2008, I experienced my first ever KISS concert. It was the third date on the band’s Alive 35 World Tour, at Acer Arena in Sydney. And what I saw that night made me a KISS fan for life.
