Yosemite Snowstorm (January 2008)

I first visited Yosemite National Park on a one-day bus trip excursion out from San Francisco in February 2006. All told, we only had about three hours in the park itself, but that was more than enough. I was immediately hooked. There’s nowhere else like it in the world, and all I knew was that I needed to get back and spend some serious time exploring the place. So, when I was putting together an itinerary for my second American visit, Yosemite was right at the top of my list – a proper stay this time.

And it snowed. A lot. Then it cleared over. And then it snowed again. Just an amazing couple of days, as you can see from the photos below.
